The Villa Laumaga designed and built for 4 people alongside Laurent Passe recognized in the world of decoration and design, who works with recycled and noble materials, such as old railway cars. With him it is Margharita Oliveria, Interior Designer with tastes as sharp as exquisite who worked to arrange and decorate.
Located above the swimming pool completely renovated in 2022, the view of the Ardèche Valley at the entrance of the Païolive wood is breathtaking!
By taking the picturesque descent, you have direct access to the pool*. The beach of the River du Chassezac is 150 meters walk.
The main room consists of an equipped kitchen:
Refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine grain, piano Lacanche with gas, induction, steam cooking and oven fan heat, dishwasher…
A central island, for a dining and relaxation area with sofa overlooking the Valley ! A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and guest toilet.
Enjoy a shaded terrace with plancha, a jacuzzi, a spa and a shower in the natural rocks !
The pool
* It is shared with the other two houses of the bastide (possibility to rent the cottages exclusively for 8 people). Information from the owners. The pool is open from May to September.
